Responsibilities Legal research and drafting of pleadings, motions and complex legal documents Intense legal research and case strategy assessments Assisting in the preparation for depositions and hearings Defending client depositions and arguing motions Demonstrating effective case management Performs any other related duties as assigned Responsibilities J.
