Heather Fournier

Heather J. Fournier 4052 Holland-Sylvania Road Toledo, Ohio 43623 Heather J. Fournier is a recent member of Brady, Coyle & Schmidt, Ltd. joining in 2024. She focuses her practice on divorce, dissolutions, mediation, child support, civil protection orders, parentage, and guardian ad litem work. EDUCATION: She attended Bowling Green State University in 1998 and earned a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School as a Childrens Rights Fellow in 2002. The Ohio Bar admitted Heather in November of 2002. She is a member of the Toledo Bar Association. EXPERIENCE: Heather worked at the Lucas County Juvenile Court in the following positions: Lucas County Juvenile Court Family Services Administrator, Juvenile Court Chief Deputy Clerk, Mediation Director, CASA Training and Recruitment Director, and CASA Emancipation Specialist. Prior to that, She was in house counsel for a medical supply company and before that, she was in private practice representing parties in divorce, child protection cases, and appellate matters. Heather also represented children as guardian ad litem.
