Rachel Vulpitta

Biography Rachel Vulpitta is based in the Dallas office of Gauntt, Koen, Binney & Kidd. She is a trial lawyer whose practice emphasizes oil and gas contract disputes, complex personal injury and property matters, general corporate and business defense, and commercial trucking. She has represented a variety of clients in Texas and surrounding states, including oil and gas operators and contractors, corporations, publicly traded companies, and small and mid-size businesses. Rachel attended law school at SMU Dedman School of Law. She is a member of the Texas Bar and each federal district court in Texas.
