Darya Momeni

Darya Momeni Biography Darya Momeni is an associate in the West Palm Beach office of Wicker Smith. She works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily medical care matters. Darya attended Florida State University College of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2023. While in law school, Darya served as a College of Law Student Ambassador and helped prospective students acclimate to the rigors of law school and its admission process. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. Serving as a legislative intern, teaching assistant and summer associate while in law school has given her experience in a variety of areas, including analyzing Florida state bills as they went through the legislative process. Daryas experience also includes working on cases in the medical law field as a Senior Legal Assistant with the Department of Health Prosecution Services Unit.
