Richard Scott Moore

Mr. Moore is an associate attorney with Soto Law Group, P. A., joining the firm in September of 2020. Mr. Moore focuses his legal practice in complex corporate employment, municipal and construction litigation. Mr. Moore has created various contracts relating to different topics in order to fulfill clients needs. Mr. Moore acts as outside general counsel to serval entities with combined revenue in excess of $100,000,000. Mr. Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Minor in Political Science from Ball State University Indiana and earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to his legal employment, Mr. Moore has prior experience in Compliance in particular with the Florida School Board relating to Education and Sunshine Laws, IT, Sales and Marketing.
