Courtney Miller

Courtney Miller Associate Attorney Courtney Miller is an associate at Lavi & Ebrahimian and a member of the Wage and Hour Class Action and PAGA Action Practice Group, representing employees in a variety of industries across California. Before attending law school, Ms. Miller worked as a paralegal for several years at a boutique civil litigation firm in West Los Angeles, primarily handling employment matters. She is well versed in the litigation process and has experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and preparing for trial. While attending law school, Ms. Miller was actively involved in the Mindfulness and Law Society, Bisong Acapella, and the Animal Legal Defense Fund. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stanley Blumenfeld of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles
