Bella Kneidel

Biography Bella Kneidel is an associate attorney at Spitz, The Employees Law Firm. Bella earned her bachelors degree in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University. In 2024, Bella graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. During law school, Bella gained valuable legal experience interning in criminal defense and domestic relations. Bella joined the Spitz Law Firm in November of 2024 where she is proud to advocate for your rights in the workplace. About Me Why did you decide to practice employment law? I decided to practice employment law because it offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on peoples lives by advocating for fair treatment and ensuring their rights are protected in the workplace. I am passionate about helping hardworking people navigate difficult situations and complex legal issues while also empowering them to stand up for themselves. Why is it important to you to represent real people instead of companies? I believe it is important to represent real people instead of companies because individuals deserve to have their voices heard and their rights protected. By representing people, I can help make sure they are treated with respect while advocating for those who may not have the power to seek it on their own. Who or what inspired you to become an attorney? My desire to help others inspired me to become an attorney. Growing up, I often witnessed situations where individuals were treated unfairly and I later realized the power the law holds in creating fairness and change.
