Dana Ruth Simon

Professional Background Dana Simon specializes in the areas of probate and trust administration, estate planning and guardianships cases. She was was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association. Education Dana graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minor in English. In 2011, Dana retuned to Miami, Florida for her law school career and attended Florida International University College of Law. Related Experience Throughout law school, Dana served as an active member of FIUs Moot Court Team and had the privilege to intern for Federal Magistrate Judge John J. OSullivan for the Southern District of Florida and Judge Barbara Lagoa of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. She also earned the C. A. L. I. Award of Excellence in Jurisprudence, as well the Community and Public Service Excellence Award for her contribution to the FIU Family and Education Law Clinic.
