Joshua P. Kaut

Joshua Josh P. Kaut is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group, focusing primarily on Commercial Litigation. He practices out of the Firms office in Akron, Ohio. Joshua has been committed to Jackson Kelly, and the law, even before becoming a licensed attorney. He worked hard both during the summer and school year as Summer Associate and Law Clerk before being admitted to the bar. This allowed him, even as a young lawyer, to care for the law and the Firms clients, putting him ahead of the curve as he started his career. Joshua also brings federal court room experience to his practice, having worked as an Extern for Judge Ryan T. Holte in the United States Court of Federal Claims. This background allows him to ensure his clients he understands litigation, court procedures, and more. When away from the office and the court room, Joshua spends time playing golf, watching baseball, hiking, cooking, reading biographies, history, and even westerns.
