Joseph McCarthy

Joseph V. McCarthy Bio: Born in Buffalo, New York, September 20, 1943; admitted to Bar, 1970, New York. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Bar Foundation. He has served as the Director on the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association. He has served on numerous committees for New York State Bar and Erie County Bar Associations. He is currently counsel to the Medical Society of Erie County and has been honored with their Professional Services Award. He is currently a Member of the Erie County Bar Association; the New York State Bar Association; the Western New York Trial Lawyers and Western New York Defense Trial Lawyers. He is on the Mediation Panel for the United States District Court in the Western District of New York.
