He is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer practicing in federal and state courts in Florida and other jurisdictions. His broad range of experience includes representing clients in disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty and breach of trust, undue influence, capacity claims, tortious interference with expectancy, trust modification and termination, breach of contract, fraud, business torts, unfair trade practices, commercial licensing agreements, commercial credit default and receivership, legal malpractice, federal tax credits, aircraft purchases and sales, healthcare law and sports law. He participates in a number of bar-related organizations and sits on the Board of Directors for Voices for Children of Tampa Bay, an organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for children in the dependency system in Hillsborough County, Florida.
