Andrew also has significant experience litigating intentional tort claims, including defamation and false light, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraudulent misrepresentation. Andrews clients include large businesses, directors, shareholders, corporate officers, and he has represented municipal governmental entities, insurers, and individuals. He has extensive experience litigating federal and state court matters and advocating for clients before judges, juries, and arbitrators. Before attending law school, Andrew worked for a mid-size company in the transportation and logistics industry and later for a large tech company, which provided valuable insight into the business world.
