Mrs. Thomas has first and second chaired numerous successful jury trials across the state of Florida in both state and federal court in the areas of personal injury, slip and fall, automobile negligence. Mrs. Thomas also has experience handling all types of property damage claims - both pre-suit and litigation - including sinkhole, wind, water damage, theft, lightning, hurricane, hail damage and fire loss claims.
