Yanping Liu specializes in antitrust and competition matters, as well as regulatory investigations of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Dr. Liu applies economic theory and econometric techniques to a range of competition issues. She leads teams to analyze large, complex datasets in matters involving the chemicals, entertainment, healthcare, life sciences, technology, and transportation industries, among others.
