Jessie Belle Duncan

Jessica grew up in southern California. She has a B. A. in History from California State University, Northridge and received her paralegal certification from Los Angeles Valley College. She has a background in property and casualty insurance as well as life insurance and health insurance policy review and sales. She was first hired in Spring 2014 at the Law Firm of Steve E. Brown. She gained experience in federal workers compensation and disability retirement cases. She was able to join Attorney Brown and Attorney Goodkin to speak to the OWCP District Director in San Francisco. She left the law firm in Fall 2018 for the next chapter of motherhood. When both of her boys became school age, she returned to now Brown & Goodkin law firm in Fall 2023. She was ready to jump back to work and assist the clients. She lives with her husband, two sons, and a playful dog. She is the Team Parent for her boys baseball and soccer teams. She is also an avid mystery reader.
