C. Cyrus Malone

General Representation: Since 1974, C. Cyrus Malone has been continuously engaged in representing clients in commercial transactions in Georgia and several other states. Cys practice has included the negotiation and structuring of over sixty (60) business acquisitions and sales in a number of different states. Cy also works on a daily basis with a number of clients on a variety of general business issues for small to medium sized corporate clients located both in Georgia and other states. Commercial Litigation: Cys practice includes an active civil litigation practice, primarily focused on commercial litigation, in both state and federal courts in Georgia and other states. His trial experience includes the successful completion of hundreds of motions and trials as well as appeals in state and federal courts. Areas of expertise include the enforcement of contracts, including loans, sales, secured transactions, leasing, real and personal property law, and other areas. Transportation Related Representation: Cy actively represents a number of local automobile dealerships in the Atlanta, Georgia area as well as truck lessors and rental companies. From his association with such trade associations as the Georgia Car and Truck Rental and Leasing Association, Cy maintains an active link with companies engaged in the transportation industry.
