Glenn A. Beard

Mr. Beard is a Director in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the Litigation Department, where he is a member of the professional liability practice group. His practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice actions. Mr. Beard also has extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, having practiced in that area with a major Philadelphia law firm for eight years. This is Mr. Beards second stint with Rodey; he also practiced with the Firms commercial litigation group from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Beard is certified by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Employment and Labor Law.
