Jorge Fernandez

Jorge Fernandez is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice. Jorge specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Jorge gained experience in serving as an associate attorney at well-established South Florida defense firm. During that time, he obtained experience representing insurance carriers in first party disputes and coverage issues which provided him insight as to how carriers evaluate and litigate their claims. Mr. Fernandez uses his experience and training to ensure maximum recovery for the policyholders he represents.
