Renata Ortiz

Renata Ortiz Bloom is the Assistant Managing Partner of the Carlsbad office and a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Tort & Product Liability, Drug & Medical Device, and Securities Litigation Practice Groups in Southern California. Renata has a varied civil defense practice focused on representing companies in complex commercial litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, premises liability, and securities litigation. She handles such matters from inception through resolution, working with clients and carriers alike to ensure expeditious and successful outcomes. Renata is a native Spanish speaker, and a conversational speaker of Italian.
