Gavin Clark

Gavin joined Harper Grey in 2025. He brings with him over five years of experience advising clients across various areas, including property losses, subrogation, bodily injury, construction, and professional liability claims. He has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court and British Columbia Supreme Court, and has experience in chambers proceedings, trial, and Civil Resolution Tribunal disputes. Gavin brings a unique and informed perspective to his practice, having worked previously as the President and Corporate Secretary of a Canadian technology company. During his time in this role, he was responsible for operational management, negotiating and securing strategic partnerships, financials, investor relations, and capital raises. When hes not at the office, you can find Gavin enjoying the slopes at Whistler Blackcomb or exploring the beautiful hikes BC has to offer.
