Molly Marie Stoecklin

Professional Experience Prior to joining Preg ODonnell & Gillett, Molly practiced intellectual property law, focusing on brand protection, including worldwide prosecution of trademarks and copyrights, investigating claims of infringement and trade secret protection. Molly also has experience with patent infringement litigation, intellectual property licensing, social media influencer agreements, and data protection. Prior to law school Molly worked as an intellectual property paralegal. Education Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences with a focus on Native American Studies and History from Portland State University. Molly earned her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School.
