Represented condemning authorities in acquiring easements for gas pipelines and electric transmission lines through eminent domain throughout the State of Texas. Obtained summary judgment on multiple matters related to the procurement of insurance dismissing claims of professional liability, breach of the Texas Insurance Code and breach of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Successfully represented client before the Texas Department of Insurance which resulted in a dismissal of the TDIs investigation. Obtained reversal of trial court judgment from Texas Court of Appeals involving a breach of contract claim. Obtained summary judgment dismissing copyright infringement claim.
