So, after 6 years of working for the District Attorneys office, I wanted to see if I had what it took to be a civil litigator. After being hired by one of the largest Insurers in America, I quickly became skilled at efficiently and effectively resolving cases. During my time as an insurance defense attorney, I represented clients cases in more than 40 Georgia counties and tried cases to verdict in 15 of those counties. I realized that trying civil cases was as rewarding as trying criminal cases. The most important thing that I learned in my time in civil litigation was the ability to work with and for clients. I took that part of my job incredibly seriously, and I have brought that to private practice. Today, I am a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, The Georgia Bar, and Macon Bar Associations. When not preparing for Court, I love to spend time with my wife and two kids, two dogs, and three cats.
