Felicia Brownell, Esq. is the CFO of Global Diversity & Inclusion, as well as the Head of the Data & Insights for JPMorgan Chases Consumer and Community Banking segment. Felicia manages a Financial Data Insights team responsible for building and implementing a golden source data infrastructure in Hadoop and developing a suite of Tableau dashboards to support key decision making and analytics for key operational and financial metrics across the firm. Felicia also leads the analytics and insights for Global Diversity and Inclusion, as well as an analytics and insights team for Corporate Responsibility. She has over 20 years financial services experience in financial management and technology, data and analytics, risk and control, policy and governance, complex strategic analysis, program management, and process improvement re-engineering at the regional and global levels. Felicia has received numerous awards and recognition, including from the State of Delaware House of Representatives for her facilitation and advocacy of the Delaware Equal Pay Act. Because of her efforts, a new law in Delaware now prohibits prospective employers from asking job applicants about their salary history and from screening applications based on compensation earned in previous positions before extending the candidate an offer. The legislation was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate, and was then signed into law by Governor Carney June 2017. The law went into effect December 2017, beginning the process of helping Delaware narrow the pay disparity between men, women and minorities. Felicia is a Wharton graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Delaware Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Delaware Bar Association, as well as Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Honor Society. She has been admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Felicia resides in Delaware with her husband and children.
