About
When a complex, client matter presents itself, Brandon is invigorated by the challenge of finding practical solutions to resolve the problem. Knowing that he wanted to become a lawyer from a very young age, Brandon enjoys tackling the variety of legal issues that arise in his general litigation practice. He has experience with a wide range of commercial contract disputes, as well as healthcare litigation and government investigations arising from the False Claims Act related to fraud and abuse, billing, marketing and other regulatory allegations. During law school, Brandon interned for the Federal Public Defender, Northern District of Texas, and prior to law school, he served as a legislative intern in the Texas Senate.
