Justin M. Alvarez

Justin M. Alvarez, Esq., founder and shareholder of The Alvarez Firm, focuses on business and real estate transactions, business succession and sophisticated estate planning. Mr. Alvarez has 20 years of experience negotiating and closing multi-million-dollar transactions in both real estate and business. He regularly advises companies in matters of governance, finance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Alvarez also assists real estate investors with acquisitions, dispositions, finance, title, development, and subdivision. He advises these same investors and business owners on estate, tax planning, probate avoidance, and succession planning. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Alvarez served as Assistant General Counsel at The Griffin Homebuilding Group, a privately held homebuilder and land developer. An active participant in his community and profession, Mr. Alvarez serves as a Board Member for Obria Medical Clinics, a non-profit medical clinic providing assistance to women and couples that face an unplanned pregnancy. He also serves as a member of the Board for St. Johns Seminary for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, as well as the Ventura County Council Boy Scouts of America, an organization working to help young men by teaching them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. He is also active in his church, St. Mary Magdalene in Camarillo, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Alvarez earned his Juris Doctor degree and his Masters degree in Business Administration, graduating cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
