Bradley McClellan

Previously, Brad was the Chief of the Workers Compensation Section for the Office of the Attorney General. At the Attorney Generals office, he and his staff represented and defended various state entities, and state officers and employees, in workers compensation disputes from the administrative level up through appellate courts all across Texas. Brad also represented the Texas Workers Compensation Commission in the courthouse, including a number of interventions to uphold final decisions of the Texas Workers Compensation Commission (now the Texas Department of Insurance-Division of Workers Compensation). Brad also handled a wide variety of subrogation matters on behalf of the State of Texas. On behalf of the Attorney General, Brad successfully intervened in several constitutional issues raised in court. Before working for the Attorney General, Brad presided over hundreds of contested case hearings as an administrative law judge for the Texas Workers Compensation Commission. Brad is a licensed Texas attorney since 1990. Brad graduated from the University of Texas with a B. A. from the Plan II Honors Program in 1987, and the University of Texas School of Law with a J. D. in 1990.
