S. Dean

About Dean : Mr. Ruiz was born and raised in San Joaquin County. Mr. Ruiz has an undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno in political science and a graduate degree from the University of Washington in Natural Resources Policy. Mr. Ruiz earned his law degree from the University of Pacifics McGeorge School of Law. Prior to and during law school Mr. Ruiz worked full time as a water resources consultant and land use planner at the City of Stockton. Mr. Ruizs practice focuses on agricultural, agribusiness, water law, special districts, land use, business litigation and estate planning. Mr. Ruiz also advises corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
