Erin E. Hanson

During law school, Erin served as a Legal Intern in the Criminal Division of the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office and as a Judicial Extern for Chief District Judge David C. Nye in the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho, where she gained experience drafting briefs and researching legal issues related to dispositive civil and criminal motions. In 2021, Erin became a Term Law Clerk for Judge Noah G. Hillen of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Idaho, drafting legal decisions and preparing bench memoranda prior to joining Hawley Troxell in 2024.
