Bardi focuses her immigration practice family-based visa applications, including I-130s, I-601 As, adjustment of status, and parole-in-place. Eszter also handles a variety of humanitarian-based applications such as U-visas, T-visas, humanitarian deferred action, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) visas, and related cases. In addition to her immigration practice, Eszter also manages the firms removal defense and practices family law as it pertains to immigrant children. Eszter handles state court predicate orders in order to qualify children for Special Immigrant Juvenile status. Eszter enjoys finding creative and honest solutions to her clients legal needs. Eszter earned her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia-Alabama AILA chapter and has served on the GA-AL Conference Committee since 2019. She is fluent in Spanish, Hungarian, and German.
