Paige Bennett

Paige Bennett represents clients in complex commercial litigation and various civil matters, participating in all phases of litigation. She also has extensive experience in insurance litigation, including coverage disputes, bad faith, and insurance defense. Before joining Hinshaw, Paige was an appellate law clerk at the Fourth District Court of Appeal. She worked on a wide variety of civil and criminal matters and drafted legal opinions. During law school, Paige was involved in FIUs Community Lawyering Clinic and the negotiation competition team.
