She specializes in patent litigation for clients in the life sciences and biotechnology industries, with a focus on Hatch-Waxman litigation. Ms. Murphy has extensive trial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial. She has litigated in a variety of jurisdictions, including the District of Delaware, the District of New Jersey, and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
