Chris Murphy, Principal, AttorneyPrimary practice areas of creditors’ rights, small business/entrepreneur, probate and transactional representation. Chris has worked in the area of revenue cycle and consumer collections since before he attended law school. He regularly represents collection agencies, hospitals, universities, service providers, and utilities in State and Federal court across the State of Ohio.Chris has handled the probate administration and trust administration of a number of estates. He prefers to work with his fiduciaries to empower them to handle the work to keep attorney fees low. Of course, if the client would prefer that our office handle the heavy lifting, we can do that too. Chris has a lot of first hand experience with clients with special needs, aging parents, and elder law issues.Chris has represented small businesses and partnerships on matters of internal governance, buy/sell executions, employment issues, and purchase agreements.
