Michael Pensack Fred A.

Michael joined Frantz, McConnell & Seymour, LLP, after moving from Houston, Texas. Seeking to be closer to family in Tennessee, Georgia, and the Carolinas, and prizing the beautiful lands of southern Appalachia, Michael and his family decided to make East Tennessee their permanent home. Focusing primarily on trial and appellate practice, Michael enjoys building and proving cases. He is a determined investigator who can break down technical or complex details to find what really matters. One of his greatest strengths, though, is communicating that information in a way that is easy for others to understand. Michaels main practice areas are construction law, consumer protection, fraud claims, and employment litigation. Michael was awarded the distinction of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America, 2026 edition, for his work in Appellate Practice, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, and Construction Litigation. Outside of work, Michael enjoys arboriculture, hiking, and spending time with his family.
