I have won DWI cases by attacking all aspects of the case, including successfully arguing that the officer did not have justification to stop or encounter my client, that the license check was unlawful, that the officer did not have probable cause to arrest my client, that the test was not administered properly, that the test results were invalid, that my client was not property advised of their rights, that my client was denied with their witness, that the State could not prove appreciable impairment, that the State could not prove my client was driving, that my clients bond was established improperly and that my client was improperly held in jail following their arrest.
