Paul A. Wilhelm represents clients in disputes over employment and employee benefits, with emphasis in ERISA litigation, non-compete litigation and wage and hour litigation. Paul represents clients regionally and nationally in sophisticated and high-stakes disputes. Whether an ERISA litigation matter, a wage and hour claim under the Fair Labor Standards Act, a non-compete and trade secrets case, or claims of discrimination or retaliation, Paul diligently partners with his clients, tailoring his team and approach toward client goals, from initial complaint through final resolution. Pauls practice includes litigation and arbitration, where he regularly serves as lead counsel and has particular expertise in federal court. He has led litigation in more than 16 states, and has been lead counsel in arbitrations before AAA and JAMS. Paul has also led networks of counsel on a regional basis. Pauls experience includes: Representing employers, service providers, and fiduciaries in ERISA litigation.
