D. Alan Appling

Experience Prior to practicing law, Alan attended Hampden-Sydney College where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce. He was named a Patrick Henry Scholar and an Academic All-American as a member of the baseball team. Upon graduation, Alan obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law where he was named to the Deans Honor list and awarded the CALI Excellence Award for Admiralty and Texas Oil, Gas and Land Title.
