Ms. Aguiar is originally from upstate New York and attended college at Boston University. Following a stint as an English teacher in Ecuador, she relocated to Florida and obtained her Juris Doctorate from FSU College of Law in 2006. Before joining Milton Leach, Ms. Aguiar worked at various defense firms throughout the state of Florida. She has represented individuals, commercial clients, and insurance companies in all nature of civil cases and gained valuable insight and experience. Ms. Aguiar is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and the U. S. District Court, Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Ms. Aguiar lives in Saint Johns, Florida, with her husband, Carlos, and their two children, Sebastian and Aria. As the wife of a veterinarian, she loves all animals, especially their two dogs, three cats, and backyard flock of chickens.
