Jonathon D. Nicol

Jonathon Nicol has practiced law since 2005, including 15 years of nationwide practice at large international law firms representing the worlds biggest companies, along with significant small-business and pro bono experience. He focuses on commercial and civil litigation and business disputes, before state and federal courts, from pre-trial assessments, through trial and appeal. Jonathons experience includes all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy, discovery and depositions, dispositive motion practice, court hearings and oral arguments, jury and bench trials, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and appellate practice.
