Tara Hawley Carter

Tara Carter has worked extensively in the areas of family law, probate and real property for nearly a decade. Ms. Carter has practiced in all areas of family law including divorce, post-divorce, child custody, child support and grandparents’ rights. She has assisted clients with estates, estate planning, conservatorships and creating wills and trusts. Ms. Carter has also worked extensively in real property by assisting clients with evictions, foreclosures, deeds to real property and loan closings.
