Mr. McGarrell attended Florida State University where he graduated with his Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Mr. McGarrell then earned his J. D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. After law school, Mr. McGarrell joined an insurance defense firm in Orlando, Florida, where he specialized in Workers Compensation.
