Andrew McDonald

Andy McDonald has been a civil trial attorney since being admitted to practice law. He has focused exclusively in the areas of insurance and commercial related litigation. Andy has spent the past decade of his career exclusively representing policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies. Prior to that, Andy gained valuable experience defending insurance companies his first years of practice. Andy has successfully tried cases to verdict involving, wind, water, sinkhole, vandalism, theft, and other perils. He has also successfully handled appeals in state and federal courts. Andy has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Star list, which is an accolade given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the State of Florida. Andy graduated from Tulane Law School, cum laude, and is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
