Angela Sue Fitle

Please join us in welcoming Angela S. Fitle to the Firm. She has joined CMDA as an attorney in the Firms Kansas City office. Ms. Fitle focuses her practice on insurance defense, municipal law, and litigation. She writes briefs for submission to all levels of state and federal courts, argues cases in all levels of state and federal courts of appeals, and performs research for all areas of law handled by the Firm. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an attorney at the Legal Aid of Western Missouri assisting with administrative appeals, probate, and criminal defense. She also worked for several years as a staff attorney for Kansas Legal Services, a non-profit law firm and community education organization, where she advocated for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Ms. Fitle obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature and History from University of Missouri- Kansas City and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
