Rhonda M. Mills

Rhonda Mills is a Partner in the San Antonio office of Resnick & Louis, P. C. and has extensive litigation experience in insurance coverage, bad faith, insurance defense, medical malpractice, bodily injury defense, wrongful death actions, medical malpractice claims, premises liability, trucking and transportation, and dram shop construction defect liability actions. Rhondas experience includes the analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage issues, including EPLI and Personal Injury /Advertising Injury issues involving both personal lines and commercial lines. Her practice also involves representing insurance companies in defense of complex bad faith claims. Rhonda also has significant experience in handling oil and gas matters, employment related litigation and human resource management, as well as wills, trusts and probate litigation. Prior to graduating from law school, Rhonda received her bachelors degree in economics from Trinity University in San Antonio. Rhonda has handled appellate cases resulting in three published opinions establishing legal precedent in the area of expert testimony. Rhonda enjoys entrepreneurial endeavors in the energy sector, extensive travel, the works of Edgar Allan Poe, and is an avid football enthusiast. She also champions animal causes and conservation organizations. Rhonda is licensed to practice law in California and Texas.
