A. degree from John B. Stetson University and his J. D. degree from Emory University. Mr. Swann is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Creditors Right Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Since 1999 he has served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia involved in the collection of past-due individual income and sales taxes.
