About
Heather focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and has significant experience litigating cases from initiation through trial in a wide range of matters including contract disputes, construction, product liability, consumer fraud, business torts, personal injury, insurance defense, and medical malpractice. She has experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide-range of industries and subject areas at both the state and federal levels. Heather obtained her LL. M. in Trial Advocacy from the nations preeminent trial lawyer masters program at Temple Universitys Beasley School of Law. The year-long program focuses on combining legal theories with practical skills, including persuasive storytelling, extemporaneous speaking, psychology, and effective use of courtroom technology. Heather spent six years as a prosecutor at the Delaware County District Attorneys Office. She served as the lead counsel in jury trials resulting in guilty verdicts on felony charges and prosecuted numerous non-jury felony trials. Heather was also specially assigned to assist in grand jury investigations and proceedings. Heather earned her bachelors degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Heather was the managing editor of student works in the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorneys Office, and a judicial extern for the U. S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey.
