As an attorney, Mr. Cohen has successfully negotiated on behalf of his clients interests to protect millions of dollars of assets. Mr. Cohen has previously worked as a developer, banker, consultant, and financier. He also held several roles with the FDIC, both as their leading loss-share auditor and as receiver, where he oversaw the winding up of billions of dollars of troubled assets. Mr. Cohen is Daubert certified, qualified to testify in court as an expert in distressed asset resolution, valuation methodologies, real estate, banking, regulatory compliance, and FDIC matters. Mr. Cohen is a native of Dunwoody, Georgia and attended Woodward Academy.
