John Golden

John Golden is a top AV rated litigator and trial lawyer in the areas of product liability, insurance and personal injury defense. A native of Providence, Rhode Island, John earned his law degree from Western Michigan University - Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1980, the Florida Bar in 1981 and the Minnesota Bar in 1991. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in each of these states. John has been a Sustaining Member of the Product Liability Counsel since 1989, has served as President of the Miami Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates ( ABOTA) and is consistently recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer John has served as National and Regional Counsel for a variety of domestic and foreign manufacturers.
