Previously Adam Chodos served as an attorney at Brown & Wood LLP, within the corporate department guiding businesses on contractual issues, mergers and acquisitions, deal structure and taxation. Adam Chodos attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and finance and graduated summa cum laude. He then earned a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, where he graduated with high honors.
