Tyson E. Logan

Tyson E. Logan is a partner and trial lawyer at The Spence Law Firm who represents clients who have suffered a personal injury or have been killed. Tyson has fought for and won substantial jury verdicts and settlements across the country, involving wrongful death and personal injury, traumatic brain injury, carbon monoxide poisoning, civil rights, and other cases of corporate negligence and recklessness. He has presented to trial lawyer groups across the country on issues related to carbon monoxide poisoning, trial strategy, and the use of focus groups in litigation. Tyson has also represented numerous oilfield, mine, and railroad workers involved in industrial accidents and disasters resulting from companies disregard for federal safety laws and industry standards, and in complex medical malpractice cases in Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Utah, Alaska, and across the west.
